By using this website or joining the waitlist you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
3. What this site is
sihaab.com presents the Sihaab cloud PC service. Product descriptions, plans, prices, and regions shown on the site are indicative and may change. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.
4. The waitlist
- Joining the waitlist is free and open to everyone.
- It does not guarantee access to the service or any specific price.
- By joining you allow us to contact you about Sihaab. You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing us.
5. Intellectual property
The Sihaab name, logo, and all content on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reuse them without our written permission, except as allowed by law.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape it at abusive rates, or use it for anything unlawful.
7. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about its availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.

2. الاتفاق
باستخدامك هذا الموقع أو انضمامك إلى قائمة الانتظار فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق فلا تستخدم الموقع.
3. ما هو هذا الموقع
يقدّم sihaab.com خدمة سحاب للحواسيب السحابية. أوصاف المنتج والخطط والأسعار والمناطق المعروضة في الموقع استرشادية وقد تتغير. لا يشكل أي محتوى في هذا الموقع عرضاً ملزماً.
4. قائمة الانتظار
- الانضمام إلى قائمة الانتظار مجاني ومتاح للجميع.
- لا يضمن الانضمام الوصول إلى الخدمة أو سعراً محدداً.
- بانضمامك تسمح لنا بالتواصل معك بشأن سحاب، ويمكنك مغادرة القائمة في أي وقت بمراسلتنا.
5. الملكية الفكرية
اسم سحاب وشعاره وكل محتوى هذا الموقع ملك لنا أو لمرخّصينا. لا يجوز نسخها أو تعديلها أو إعادة استخدامها دون إذن كتابي منا، إلا بما يسمح به القانون.
6. الاستخدام المقبول
لا تسئ استخدام الموقع: لا محاولات لتعطيله، ولا فحص لثغراته دون إذن، ولا كشط لمحتواه بمعدلات مسيئة، ولا استخدامه في أي أمر غير مشروع.

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة كما تُطبَّق في إمارة دبي، ولمحاكم دبي الاختصاص في أي نزاع.
